The location is great, especially for a quick getaway with friends. Staff was attentive and helpful and quick. We'd come back for a visit.

Was here 1 night and had to leave do to a Death in my family. They were great about Forgaving 3 of my last days. It was a Great room and View. The staff was great. Going back next year. Love it.

Loved the resort! Stepped out of the resort right onto Duval street. Everything is within walking distance. Very clean, amazing views, wonderful food, pool and cocktails were fabulous, service was spot on.

Staff is excellent, very helpful and friendly. Rooms cleaned daily, and teardown service was excellent. Valet were prompt and courteous.

Nice waterfront resort hotel. Unfortunately no access to the sea from the hotel. Pool is a bit smaller than it looks on the pictures, but it does have nice views of the ocean. Walking distance to the many restaurants in the area. Room is very comfortable - ours had ocean view.

Absolutely the best place to stay in Key West! Our Junior Suite with partial ocean view was such a great room! We loved the pool and hanging out for the sunset next to the pool. The staff was exceptional all around the resort. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but all around Key West which was so walkable from Ocean Key. It was our second stay and we will be back again and again!

Excellent location. Didn’t need our car once! Spectacular view. Front row to sunset every night! Staff was great. Super friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant with good food too!
